Guidelines for Sustainability as a Competence in HoReCa

The Guidelines for Sustainability in the HoReCa sector serve as a comprehensive roadmap, offering practical ways to deal with important sustainability issues in hospitality, restaurant, and catering industries. The Guidelines were developed by aggregating insights from a comprehensive survey among HoReCa sector stakeholders and vocational educators in the project’s seven partnering countries.
